(Los Angeles, CA) -- Donald Sterling is reportedly giving up his fight against the NBA. His lawyer said Wednesday that Sterling will allow the L.A. Clippers to be sold to former Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer for two-billion dollars. Sterling will also drop his legal action against the NBA over his banishment from the league and the two-point-five-million dollar fine he was slapped with over his racial comments. The sale still needs to be approved by the NBA Board of Governors. There's no announced timetable on when such a vote would take place.
